The focal point of Centennial Park
is the impeccable American
Parthenon but I prefer to see a
primordial tree: Purple Catalpa,
dragon of cultivated origin.
Ancient plants stir up options due to their
non-imperial powers—Like, they touch
my awareness of imagination
but they never make me feel surveilled. Do
you know how to fortify a floodplain?
Purple Catalpa and the replica
exist on a probable grid through which
an endurance of new words is rising.
